On Thursday 13 and Friday 14 June, The William Quarrier Scottish Epilepsy Centre hosted Challenging Epilepsy. The conference attracted leading professionals in the field from all over the world. Topics across the two days included surgical issues, frontal lobe seizures and the difficulties associated with diagnosis. Seminars, discussions and debates were delivered by specialists, and delegates reported that they found the conference inspiring, with some saying they wished it had been longer!

Throughout the conference, delegates and speakers had the chance to have tours of the centre, and were very impressed by its state-of-the-art facilities. Delegates and speakers also enjoyed an evening reception at Oran Mor in the west end of Glasgow.
